With our web and android platforms enterprises have the ability to connect to multiple truck operators at the tap of a button; with the added service of document clearance at border points. The platform and Ridelink customers are supported by a customer care centre and customer Relationship Managers to handle unexpected delays and enhance the customer experience.

Route optimization

The Ridelink system pre-matches enterprises that have cargo to truck and trailer operators using a similar route plan. This data driven process gives enterprises the ability to pre schedule avail-able trucks. Through the Ridelink system, our truck partners’ pre book slots when trucks shall be available.

Clearing & Forwarding

At Ridelink we are able to offer our clients a full package including clearing and forwarding at the ports of exit. Our very experienced clearing champions are able to start the process ahead of arrival to minimize the amount of time spent on the boarder doing the paper work.
